Dishwasher does not pump off water

Small remnants such as lemon kernels, snippets or whole toothpicks can paralyze the dishwasher and block the pump. Like me this afternoon (probably lemon kernel).

Disconnect the sewer hose from the sink (under the sink) by placing an empty bucket next to it and draining the drain hose into it. Blow it back into the drain hose several times.

This could be e.g. by a suction syringe (used in pipe blockage tub and sink) support, which acts like a pump and with which you can blow and suck (at least more like the mouth).

Such a pump costs about 10 euros in the trade, for me, the mouth was enough as a blowing force and the machine works again WITHOUT interference with electrical elements, where you usually make more broken.

In the end, turn the drain hose back into the test and test! Otherwise there will be a flooding next time, if it should not be really tight.

Whether the pump is still working, you can tell from the buzzing while "sucking off" (be quiet!) Just it just does not draw water - when it's completely quiet, it looks bad - if the pump is broken, no bubbles will help.
