Greek noodles as a spicy side dish

Tastes super delicious to baked sheep cheese, gyros, Bifteki etc., but also, for example. only with tzatziki and salad or just so without everything!
ingredients
- 500 g Greek noodles (Kritharaki)
- 1 big onion
- Ajvar (mild or spicy, according to taste)
- tomato paste
- olive oil
- Salt, pepper, paprika, chilli
preparation
- Cook the Greek noodles according to the package instructions in neat salted water, with a little olive oil, bite for about 12 minutes, drain and quench with cold water.
- While the noodles are cooking, finely chop the onion and lightly sauté in olive oil, then turn down the heat and the quenched noodles, about 1/2 glass of ajvar, about 1/2 tube of tomato paste, if necessary, a sip of water (for dilution) and spices to taste, stir everything very well and then briefly cover the lid on the lowest heat.
