Green beans in greek style
Cut 500g green broad beans into pieces about 5 cm long and cook until firm with savory. In the meantime, sauté the tomato sauce: sauté 1-2 cloves of garlic in a little oil, add a small tin of chopped tomatoes, simmer with salt, thyme and a little rosemary and - if available - add a little oil of Greek antipasti. Finally mix dripped beans and tomato sauce and season with salt again. Tastes like the Greek.
