ingredients

  • 1.5 kg pork neck
  • 1/2 L of water
  • 1/2 liter of vinegar
  • 2 g onions
  • 6 bay leaves
  • 12 peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 L of liquid
  • 1 pck of gelatin

preparation

  1. From water, vinegar, chopped onion and the spices to cook a broth.
  2. Place the cut meat (boneless) in the boiling broth and simmer for about 1.5 hours over low heat. Then put the meat and onions in a large bowl.
  3. Allow the gelatine to simmer according to the instructions on the packaging and dissolve in 1/2 liter of the liquid and pour over the meat.
  4. One night in the fridge. Serve with fried potatoes.
