ingredients
- 1.5 kg pork neck
- 1/2 L of water
- 1/2 liter of vinegar
- 2 g onions
- 6 bay leaves
- 12 peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tbsp sugar

- 1/2 L of liquid
- 1 pck of gelatin
preparation
- From water, vinegar, chopped onion and the spices to cook a broth.
- Place the cut meat (boneless) in the boiling broth and simmer for about 1.5 hours over low heat. Then put the meat and onions in a large bowl.
- Allow the gelatine to simmer according to the instructions on the packaging and dissolve in 1/2 liter of the liquid and pour over the meat.
- One night in the fridge. Serve with fried potatoes.
