Karniyarik (Turkish specialty)

- 2 eggplants
- 250 g minced meat
- 2 onions
- 1 pointed pepper
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 1 tbsp
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper (powder)
- salt
- Frying oil (for eggplants)
preparation
- Wash the aubergines, peel them, cut them in half at the top, fry them and then place them on the kitchen roll. Then the eggplants lose some oil.
- Fry the minced meat in the pan, add a little oil.
- Mince onions, peppers and mix with minced meat.
- Add salt, pepper and red pepper.
- Cut 2 fresh tomatoes into cubes and add to the mixture. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Put the aubergines in a deep baking pan. Press a bit in the middle of the eggplant. With a tablespoon you give the mixture to the eggplant.
- Mix 1 glass of water with tomato paste and then put on the eggplant. Bake 220 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
