Hazelnut cream
At birth two cakes are especially in demand. 1. Low-carnelian black forests and "hazelnut cream" on a dark soil that is usually left over by black forests. This I prove with a cream hazelnut cream.
That's how it's done
I lightly roast hazelnuts in a pan (careful not too hot).
I rub the cooled nuts very finely and mix them under the cream, which I prepared with cream stiff.
Now I brush this brown ground with the Halelnuss cream. I sprinkle the whole cake with the other grated nuts.
I decorate each piece with one of the other roasted hazelnuts.
This variant is especially popular with children.
