Hot hack and vegetable soup
Ingredients:
400 g minced meat
2 tablespoons oil
1 zucchini
1 onion
1 liter of tomato juice
2 in. pepperoni
1 kl. can of corn
100 g processed cheese
Salt, sugar, pepper
Preparation:
Fry the hack in oil; Dice zucchini and onion and fry. Add the tomato juice and simmer for about 15 minutes. Cut peppers into rings and add corn. Stir in the cheese. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
P.S.:I always add a red pepper with zucchini and onions and then chilli flakes, if there are no hot peppers.
