Carrot soup Granny's art

Well, take some Kasslerrippchen (I take for a large pot so 3-4 panpipes). This nice boil - quiet a little longer - that brings the good taste. 1 kg of carrots cut into equal slices. When the ribs are tender, remove from the pan and remove from the bone. Divide into small pieces. In the meantime, add the carrots, 1-2 potatoes in chopped cubes in the water and cook. Add a small splash of oil to the water (I take olive oil - but really only a small splash) salt, pepper and possibly add some broth. When the carrots and potatoes are cooked, add the meat to it. I then turn off the stove and let everything pass through again nice. Bring everything to a boil again before serving and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
