Igelchen - delicious Loschik - Russian pastries

I can only recommend these delicious Loschiks, also known as hedgehogs.
I tried the pastries a few days ago for the first time and we found them pretty good, so I like to share the recipe with you.
ingredients
For the dough:
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar (I take the normal coffee cups about 200 ml content)
- 1 sour cream
- 250 g butter
- 3 cups of flour
- 2 pck vanilla sugar
- 1 pck of baking soda
Further ingredients:
- 1 can of milkmaid
- 250 g butter
preparation
- Beat the eggs and the sugar until foamy and add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Now place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (normal baking sheet size) and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes and allow to cool.
- In the meantime mix with a hand mixer, the butter and the tin of milk girls well together.
- Next, you get a small glass (possibly shot glass) and sticks out small round pieces, because the dough is quite high, they look a bit like pellets.
- Crumble the rest of the dough with your fingers.
- The punched pieces are dipped well into the milk girl butter mass and then covered well with the crumbs around, put in the refrigerator for a few hours and enjoy with coffee.
