Inexpensive Christmas decoration made of lining materials

I get these often at the big weekly market. There are some stalls selling these substances (and others) for the apple and an egg per meter. From time to time, the dealer gives me a rest for free.

From this one sewed jerk-Zuck, cloths and blankets. The garment fabrics change and shimmer usually so that they are in green, red and gold gradations wonderful for Christmas. You can also make wide bands to fix the winter plants with fleece and burlap wrapped potted plants. Do not make too short so that you can tie nice loops with it. Experienced seamstresses may even put in the hem thin flower wire - so you can keep the loop in shape.

Durable, often cheaper and of course much more individual than any purchased fabric deco are these "custom-made" - especially the tapes - definitely!
PS: For the outer decoration you could also tackern- but then pay attention to the little fingers!

Little daughter swears, "Why a sewing machine?" :-) I recently sat on a stapled chair cushion ...
