Install window decoration without damaging the frame

I have new plastic windows and was looking for a way to hang decoration in the window without damaging the frame: adhesive hooks were out of the question and no metal hooks, which you push under the seal. All the hooks, which were in question, were quite expensive, between 15 and 20 euros for 4 hooks - totally exaggerated, I think.

Door hooks for clothes, however, you get in the set of 4 often under 2 euros, you have a lot of choice in terms of shape and design.

They also fit to window frames with light pressure. The seal will not be damaged.

In my kitchen I have a double blind and needed longer hooks, which do not rest on the upper frame, but underneath.

Longer hooks are available at IKEA:

LILLÅNGEN towel hook, 2 pieces 1,49 Euro. These are 9 cm long and therefore reach below the shade holder. They do not disturb when pulling up and pulling down.

Now, depending on the decoration article, I can move the hooks at any time or even attach two to a window and above all I do not have to worry about adhesive hooks coming loose, because they always do that for me and have been for decades. Superglue is no solution, because my decorations vary constantly and thus the orientation of the hooks.
