Keep herbs in the pot alive by repotting the herbs after purchase into a new pot of new soil.
Had a great tip read, where a "herb shelf" in the kitchen was made. Some had written that their herbs "entered" the herbs after a short time. Here is my tip, so that you enjoy your herbs for a long time.
If you buy the herbs in the pot, repot! New pot, new earth! Works great for years with me! And as for basil. Pinch shoots, put in soil. "Propagation" is guaranteed!
