Pasta casserole with feta cheese

- 50 g whole wheat pasta (egg free)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 piece of onion
- 1 toe garlic
- 1 piece of paprika
- 100 g of zucchini
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 can of tomatoes
- 1 pinch of pepper and salt
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 pinch of basil
- 30 g sheep or feta cheese (40% fat in dry matter)
preparation
- Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until firm and drain.
- Peel off the onion and garlic. Finely dice both, cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces and slice the zucchini.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the onion and garlic in it.
- Add vegetables and sauté briefly.
- Drain the tomatoes a little and chop them, mix with the vegetables and the pasta, season well with salt and pepper, oregano and basil.
- Put everything in a casserole dish, crumble the sheep's cheese and spread over it.
- Lightly brown the pasta casserole in the oven at 200 degrees on the middle rail for approx. 25 to 30 minutes.
