Vanilla-Waldmeister rice or vanilla cherry ice cream
ingredients
- 250 ml of milk
- 250 ml of water
- 1 pck of vanilla pudding for cooking
- 1 pck. Instant jello Woodruff or cherry
- 2 tbsp sugar
preparation
- Stir custard with sugar and 5 tablespoons milk-water mixture until smooth.
- Pour the remaining milk-water mixture into a saucepan, add the instant jelly and bring to a boil.
- Then take the pot from the cooking area and add the mixed custard powder. Then cook for another 1 minute.
- Allow to cool slightly, then place in freezer or ice bucket. To cool down for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Then about 3 - 4 hours (ice cream, of course, less) in the freezer and finished is a delicious ice cream.
GOOD APPETITE!
You can do that with cold-stirred pudding powder. I will definitely try this out.
