Ice cream cake for rotten, tastes delicious
Even enthusiastic hobby bakers - and bakers have sometimes no desire and time to organize a large baking festival - with subsequent cleaning up the kitchen battle. How about this ice cream cake for Lazy, which tastes delicious:
You need:
A purchased pie crust from biscuit for fruit tart.
1 pack of marshmallows (as the meringue heads are called politically correct)
1 bowl of berries, best raspberries, blueberries are also delicious.
1 bunch of peppermint
2 cups of onken cream quark, 40%. (yes, I know, makes you fat!)

A Springform is laid out with aluminum foil, also the edge, possibly two pieces crosswise lay. Pull the foil slightly over the edge, so that it does not slip in.
Take a large bowl and a stir bar.
Into it come the two cups of cream quark, plus berries and the marshmallows, which have been cut off the waffle. You could eat them - but it does not taste very exciting on its own. That will be mixed thoroughly now. Season to taste. If it's not sweet enough, add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
Now put together:
The cake bottom may be cut slightly smaller and freed from the wavy edge, so that it fits into the spring form. Then comes the frothy cream quark mixture. Let the berries sink into the white mixture, if necessary smooth with more quark mixture.
The cake now comes in the freezer and is frozen for 2 hours. Take them out, carefully remove them from the springform and let them slide on a cake plate.
Spring cake is now decorated the cake with peppermint leaves and possibly even a few berries. After half an hour, the ice cream cake is so thawed that you can eat it well.
