For anyone who does not just like the sweet twist, the recipe for Parmesan Popcorn is just right.

I did not believe my girlfriend when she told me they are so delicious. According to the motto, which the farmer does not know. Then I tried with her and found her very tasty, just something different to the always sweet popcorn.

I prepared it myself for the first time and thought to myself that I would share the recipe with you, maybe someone would like to taste it and wants to imitate it.

ingredients

  • corn for popcorn
  • a bit of salt
  • paprika
  • Garlic powder (if you do not like it, just leave it out)
  • Grated Parmesan
  • oil

preparation

  1. First, put some oil in a tall pot, add some salt and heat the oil a little. Now the popcorn corn is added, so much that the ground is only slightly covered, then turn on the lid and turn it on middle level. When the corn starts to pop, always shake the pot a little so that nothing burns and the remaining grains can slide down.
  2. Pour then in a bowl and spread the Parmesan on it, because now they are still warm and so the cheese can melt on it well, with the hands stirring something, that the cheese can spread well everywhere.
  3. Finally, add some of the garlic powder and paprika powder and mix well again. The spices I add to feel, you know yourself how intense it should taste. That was it.
