Crispy finger food: chicken breast in the chipmug

Feel like something crunchy in the evening, which is still filling and not much work? Then this finger food from crispy fiery chicken breast pieces is just right:

ingredients

  • Remains of potato chips / stack chips
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Chili flakes, if you like it spicy, otherwise spices / herbs at will

preparation

  1. The chips are crushed in the bag by means of a meat tenderizer or saucepan.
  2. They can be seasoned as they please: chili flakes, harissa, Chinese spices, Italian herbs - all pure taste.
  3. The washed dried chicken breast is cut into bite-sized pieces and marinated for about 1 hour in a sauce of your choice (here: hot chili sauce). Marinating is optional and not included in the preparation time. It is enough to turn the chicken breast only in it. The Chipspanade holds better when the chicken pieces are wet.
  4. Then one piece after the other is added to the bag, shaken, kneaded from the outside, so that the chips adhere well and placed on a baking paper / Dauerbackfolie designed sheet. The oven is preheated briefly to 200 degrees.
  5. The plate with the chicken breasts is fried on a medium rack for about 15-20 minutes.

Important:

Poultry meat must always be cooked completely. If necessary, check after the specified time and extend the baking time slightly.

Serve with a few sauces and / or dips. Warm baguette is optional.
