Kettle goulash - goulash of pork and beef.

ingredients

  • 300 g of pork
  • 300 g of beef
  • 1 small onion
  • Salt pepper
  • Sweet pepper, caraway, bay leaf
  • Sambal Oelek
  • 3 fresh yellow or red peppers
  • margarine
  • tomato paste
  • Gypsy sauce
  • 5-6 big potatoes
  • 1 large tin of peeled tomatoes
  • 1 pot

preparation

  1. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, add to the heated margarine, season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, sambal oil and sauté lightly.
  2. Meanwhile, dice the onion and the pepper. Add the onions and a 1/4 of the paprika to the meat and sauté.
  3. When the desired tan is achieved, fill with water, about 2 finger widths, over the meat.
  4. Now add the remaining ingredients, fresh peppers, bay leaf, peeled tomatoes, 2 tbsp gypsy sauce, 2 tbsp tomato paste and the peeled / diced potatoes.
  5. Let everything go well, as always try and possibly spice it up.

The best you prepare the kettle goulash the day before, then he can pull well and just tastes much better!
