Delicious and fixed turkey goulash - also suitable for beginners
I have a super easy and delicious recipe for turkey goulash. Since it is prepared with fix products, it's also for beginners :) The hobby or professional chefs can replace it with spices and herbs :)
So: now for the text
For a large pot goulash you need:
- 1 kg turkey meat
- 1 kg of onions
- 2 red peppers
- 1-2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 sachets Maggi Fix for Hungarian goulash
- 3 garlic cloves (more or less, depending on taste)
- oil
Peel and dice onions - Cut turkey into bites - Fry the onions in oil until golden (add glassy) - Add the tomato puree and fry for a short time - Add meat - Dice or squeeze the garlic - Add 1200 ml of water - Stir in Maggi Fix and simmer leave until the meat is soft, you can simmer even longer, there's nothing :) To taste SUPER potatoes, but also taste great pasta. I'm happy to make myself some buttermugs :)
