For 1-2 persons
- 1 kg kohlrabi (already cleaned)
- 1 egg
- Salt, pepper, possibly nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons flour
- Jam of your choice (beautiful is plum or quince, pear too)
preparation
- Clean the kohlrabi and then rub to a fine porridge.
- Pour into a bowl and beat in the egg, season with the spices, add the wheat flour slowly and stir well.
- Heat a pan, add the cooking oil and fry the kohlrabi porridge in portions golden brown on both sides.
- Put on a plate and distribute the marm of your choice.
