ingredients

For 1-2 persons

  • 1 kg kohlrabi (already cleaned)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt, pepper, possibly nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • Jam of your choice (beautiful is plum or quince, pear too)

preparation

  1. Clean the kohlrabi and then rub to a fine porridge.
  2. Pour into a bowl and beat in the egg, season with the spices, add the wheat flour slowly and stir well.
  3. Heat a pan, add the cooking oil and fry the kohlrabi porridge in portions golden brown on both sides.
  4. Put on a plate and distribute the marm of your choice.
