Blood orange jelly

Since there are no more blood oranges, I made the jelly from juice.

- To do this, boil 1 liter of Premium Blood Orange Juice from discounter Aldi (standing in the refrigerated rack) together with 1 packet of citric acid and 1 kg jam sugar.
- Then boil it for at least 4 minutes while stirring.
- After gelling, put hot in twist off glasses, cap, and turn upside down for a few minutes to allow a vacuum to form.
