Braised chicken thighs in yoghurt sauce in the Indian style

The braised chicken thighs in the Indian style are so beautiful tender and are incredibly delicious!
ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 - 5 cups of natural yoghurt
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 1TL curry powder
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tbsp
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder
- 2 teaspoons of Garam Masala
- 1 onion
- 2 tsp tandoori powder or paste (if you do not have one, you can omit it)
- Salt pepper
preparation
- Wash, dry and cut the chicken thighs.
- In a large enough bowl, mix the yoghurt with the spices, the soy sauce, the garlic, the onion and the chopped cilantro and mix well.
- Now add the chicken pieces, cover well and marinate in the fridge for 3 - 4 hours.
- Approximately Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before the baking time to reach room temperature.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes, then stir, turn the chicken pieces and brown again with a grill function for 15 minutes.
You should probably look more often and set the temperature higher or lower.
Naan bread, Roti or rice are a good side dish as well as a tomato salad.
