Aioli cream from Mallorca

This year at the Robinson Club in Mallorca, we ate this delicious cream all the time and it's super easy to make with just a few ingredients.

The original recipe is:


ingredients

  • 10 l of oil
  • 4 l of milk
  • garlic
  • Salt + pepper

Depending on the amount you want to do, you have to convert the whole thing:

Eg: 250 ml of oil to 100 ml of milk

preparation

Milk into a container, garlic cloves (as desired) press in (recommend so 2 toes) and then mix with the "magic wand", slowly let oil flow in until gradually an increasingly creamy mass arises.


Salt + pepper to your taste.

Tip to the oil: The best is to take sun or rape oil (for example from ALDI), with olive oil the cream, if you want to eat it the next day, turns green!

Tip for milk: to take a rather "fat" milk.

Just smear the cream on a fresh baguette and enjoy.

Quite simple, fast and ideal, if sometimes unannounced guests come over, because the 3 basic products you always have in the house.
