Apple pancakes from the plate

Hello, because apple pancakes are popular in our house with adults and children, they are quite common. However, the fat in the pan and the smell always disturbed me.

That is why we only have apple pancakes from the baking tray - that is, from the oven - this has several advantages: it goes fast, has less fat, the kitchen does not smell and everyone can eat at the same time. Here is my recipe:


preparation

  • 200 ml of milk
  • 100 ml of mineral water
  • 230 g of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Mix everything well with the blender.

Then add 4 eggs and 1 pinch of salt, stir briefly and allow to soak in the bowl for 10 minutes, peel about 3 apples in the time, cut into slices, and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Pour the dough onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper and spread the apples on top.


Mix 50 g of liquid butter with half a spoon of cinnamon and 50 g of sugar and spread over the apples on the plate.

Bake everything in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
