For a box shape:
- Beat 280 g butter until foamy, then add 175 g sugar and a pinch of salt. Add 5 eggs.
- Rub 1 untreated lemon and squeeze out 2 lemons. Add to the dough.
- Now mix 350 g of flour with 4 teaspoons of baking powder and stir in.
- If the dough is too firm, stir in some mineral water.
- Put the dough in a greased tin box and bake at 170 degrees O / U heat for about 1 hour.
- Mix 250 g icing sugar with lemon juice and use it to glaze the cooled cake.
- If you want, you can put candied halved slices of lemon in the still wet sauce.
