Lemon Squash (Lime-Mint Lemonade)

In case the summer comes back, I have a fixed "recipe" for a delicious and refreshing drink, with very few calories.

ingredients

  • 3 limes (untreated!)
  • 5 sprigs of fresh mint (for example Nana Mint)
  • 0,75 L mineral water
  • some crushed ice
  • (2 tbsp Tritop lime, or 2 tbsp cane sugar, depending on your taste)
  • 1 jug (1L)

preparation

  1. Wash the limes, dry and cut in half, then squeeze and put the juice, including the squeezed fruits, in the pot.
  2. Wash the mint sprigs and place in the pot, add the mineral water.
  3. Who does not like it so sour, can now add the sugar or syrup, stir well and then add the crushed ice.
  4. Tastes (me) very well and costs in many pubs / beer gardens between 3.00 Euro and 4.00 Euro.
