Maibowle or Waldmeisterbowle

Total preparation time: 15 min.

Pick a good bunch of woodruff without flowers (currently in any forest and smells wonderful!), Let it dry overnight.

Fill the next morning a bottle of wine in a container, the Waldmeistersträußchen hang on a thread (who needs it, can also add some high-percentage, so that the punch for me, however, loses the desired lightness ...) and let a few hours. (Not too long, the exiting coumarin, if you have a little too much of the delicious punch, bad headache.)


Then a bottle of champagne, (I want to try Prosecco now, that could be delicious) and fill up with sugar.

Ice cold drunk, a wonderfully fresh spring pleasure!

PS: I am surprised that this has not been "typed" here - at least I have not found anything ...
