Making milk foam

Recently, I bought a spray of milk foam. Then I came up with the idea to make it myself by means of a creamed siphon.

Just pour 1/2 liter of 3.5% milk into the container and froth it with the cartridge (according to the manufacturer). I drink 1-2 cappuccinos every day and then have 1-1 1/2 weeks of sweet milk froth.

However, the siphon must be stored in the refrigerator. Latte macchiato I make so: cooking espresso, heat milk. First pour the milk about 3/4 into a tall glass and carefully add the espresso to the rim of the glass. The milk splits so that the latte looks like the restaurant. Finally, I give the milk foam on it.
