Muffins in a waffle cup

I recently baked muffins for the 2nd birthday of my little mouse. But since I did not want any waste, I baked them in ice cream wafers.

- 1 lemon (grated and juiced)
- Couverture (dark or whole milk, as you like)

preparation
- Make a batter from the ingredients, fill in the waffle patties (about 1 tsp per tray, so that they are 3/4 full).
- Then bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
- Let cool briefly - then you dip the dough heads in the liquid Schoki (works best at low temperature in the microwave) and in your sprinkles.
