Chocolate muffins

A recipe for delicious, fluffy chocolate muffins - not only for chocolate lovers!

As ingredients for 12 pieces you need:
150g dark chocolate, 125g butter, 4 eggs, 125g sugar, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 150g flour and a lightly heaped teaspoon of baking soda.

First preheat the oven to 175 ° C.


Then roughly chop the chocolate and melt in a saucepan with the butter over low heat, stirring constantly. After the mixture has cooled slightly, place in a mixing bowl and add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. With the hand blender then mix everything to a smooth dough and then evenly distribute this in muffin molds.

The baking time is about 20 minutes.

Then let the muffins in the molds cool a little and then let cool completely on a wire rack. They can also be dusted with powdered sugar or covered with chocolate icing as desired.
