Delicious bean stew with inlay

Hello, autumn is here, and that's why today I cooked a great bean soup stew with inlay and would like to share this recipe with you.

ingredients

  • 1 glass of thick beans
  • 1 big can of white beans
  • 1 big box of beans
  • 1 can of wax beans
  • 1 can of red beans
  • Bacon to order
  • Meat: beef leg or other beef
  • To match also dumplings, Mettenden etc. depending on your taste
  • Salt, pepper, mustard
  • and very important savory!

preparation

  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper and lightly coat with mustard and fry the whole and a little water. Then cook for about 1/2 hour. Take out the meat and cut it to size.
  2. All beans with brew, except the broth from the red beans, along with the savory in the pot and the meat to it. Cook for a longer time and season everything. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in the pan until crisp and into the soup inlay.

A great stew that really tastes great.
