Mama's noodle casserole
For 2 people:
cook about 150-200g of pasta just soft
about 1-2 eggs
about 150 ml of cream
little pepper, salt or spice
Nutmeg and paprika
little cheese grated (I take Gruyère)
mix all ingredients well
Brush the ovenproof mold with a little oil, add the pasta and pour over the cast. Finally, sprinkle some breadcrumbs over it (gives a great crust).
The whole comes for about 35 minutes in the oven (I think about 200 ° C)
Oh yes, the casting can also be used very well for cheesecake (just pour on dough, without breadcrumbs and in the oven with it).
