Mousse au Chocolat

For the lazy sacks among us! Can you prepare and finish quickly when guests scream for a dessert?
For 4 to 6 servings
- 2 cups of whipped cream in a bain-marie (put a small pot of cream in a large saucepan of hot water) slowly with stirring.
- 2 pieces of plain chocolate (bitter and milk chocolate or - especially effective - 2 bars of white chocolate) crumble and melt in the warm cream. Always stir carefully.
- Let it cool down and then put it in the fridge for one to two hours.
- Just before serving simply whisk with a whisk (hand mixer) like normal whipped cream. Watch out: Do not beat too long, otherwise you'll have chocolate butter!
- Fill in bowls and decorate as desired with strawberries or kiwi slices or anything else.
