Mousse au Chocolat

For the lazy sacks among us! Can you prepare and finish quickly when guests scream for a dessert?

For 4 to 6 servings

  1. 2 cups of whipped cream in a bain-marie (put a small pot of cream in a large saucepan of hot water) slowly with stirring.
  2. 2 pieces of plain chocolate (bitter and milk chocolate or - especially effective - 2 bars of white chocolate) crumble and melt in the warm cream. Always stir carefully.
  3. Let it cool down and then put it in the fridge for one to two hours.
  4. Just before serving simply whisk with a whisk (hand mixer) like normal whipped cream. Watch out: Do not beat too long, otherwise you'll have chocolate butter!
  5. Fill in bowls and decorate as desired with strawberries or kiwi slices or anything else.

Never tell the guests the recipe! You want to impress, right?
