Mustard foot bath - foot bath with mustard powder

Every now and then you should do something good for your feet, because you're standing on the whole day.

I take a 4-cornered tub (which is better than a round bowl!) For both feet and give it warm water (about 36 degrees, or just the way you like it). Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of mustard powder to the water. This is done with a whisk. Feet in and enjoy.

By the ethereal oils, the blood circulation is promoted (very well also for diabetics!). I do this once or twice a week watching TV or other sitting activities (not necessarily on the toilet bowl!) If you then dried off the feet afterwards and then rubs them with plain olive oil from the kitchen and put on socks. Did you really do something good for your "suspension"?

IMPORTANT NOTE for PREGNANT: This foot bath can cause contractions, so do not use in pregnancy!
