Install insoles in rubber boots
I was prescribed by the orthopedist insoles that I should put in one of my matching running shoes. Unfortunately, I could not get in the shoe with my foot. What now? Buy extra shoes with a changeable footbed or let the insoles work in a shoe?
I thought about which shoes I wear most. When I'm at home, I'm wearing slippers, and these comfortable rubber shoes with holes that came on the market a few years ago.
These shoes are available with a removable footbed, quite cheap at the discount store.
I took out the footbed and fixed the insole with Velcro.
So I can take the sole out and wash the shoes in the washing machine when I sweat heavily. So I run cheap as on clouds.
