Obazda recipe

Obazda after schmausi's way:
Since I moved from the beautiful Swabia to the north two years ago, we have a Bavarian / Swabian cooking day once a week.
Because of my pregnancy at the moment I have strange food cravings, I remembered the Obazda again and had him immediately!
So off to the supermarket to buy one, just stupid, that somehow you can not buy a finished product in the north. So it was to do it yourself.
ingredients
- 1 pack Camembert
- 1 pack of processed cheese
- 1 onion
- Salt pepper
- Sweet peppers, whole caraway
preparation
- First cut the Camembert into small pieces and then crush with the fork. Make melted cheese and mix well with each other.
- Cut the onion into small cubes and add to the cheese.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika and cumin.
- Normally a shot of wheat beer is still coming in, but since I do not use alcohol, I added 2 tbsp quark.
- Mix everything to a nice creamy mass and season again if necessary.
In addition there were freshly baked pretzels.
