Orange creme

Orange cream for 4 people.


  • 4 sheets of gelatine
  • 250 ml orange juice &
  • Sugar to taste
  • 125 ml of cream


  1. Soak 4 sheets of gelatine, squeeze, dissolve in a water bath but do not boil.
  2. At the same time, mix 250 ml of orange juice and sugar to taste.
  3. Temperature compensation of the gelatin with the orange juice-sugar mixture. (Mix with each other.)
  4. Keep cool until you can pull a road.
  5. Beat 125 ml of cream until stiff, add to the mass of orange, stir well, season to taste again, fill into small bowls, arrange decoratively and chill until light.
