Orange cream for 4 people.
- 4 sheets of gelatine
- 250 ml orange juice &
- Sugar to taste
- 125 ml of cream
- Soak 4 sheets of gelatine, squeeze, dissolve in a water bath but do not boil.
- At the same time, mix 250 ml of orange juice and sugar to taste.
- Temperature compensation of the gelatin with the orange juice-sugar mixture. (Mix with each other.)
- Keep cool until you can pull a road.
- Beat 125 ml of cream until stiff, add to the mass of orange, stir well, season to taste again, fill into small bowls, arrange decoratively and chill until light.
