Orzo noodles with olives and lemon

Orzo noodles look like giant rice grains. Here they are served with olives, lemon, parsley and feta.
Orzo noodles are known from the Greeks; a very tasty side dish. Today they are the star in this pasta dish.
ingredients
- 400 g of Orzo
- 150 g green olives without stone
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice and grated peel
- 150 g of feta cheese in tiny cubes
- 1 big bunch of chopped parsley with big leaves
preparation
- The orzo noodles are cooked soft in a saucepan of salted water.
- In a bowl you mix the feta cheese, the olive oil, the chopped olives and the lemon juice and the abrasion.
- The leaves of parsley are plucked, chopped and lifted.
- The cooked noodles are poured off and mixed with the remaining ingredients. Apply hot.
- Tomato salad tastes great.
