Paprika rice

What you need (for 2 people): A bell pepper (green) Kelly's peanuts 150 grams of rice First cook the rice with twice the amount of water. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into strips or cubes and sauté in hot fat. Then fry some peanuts and add the rice. Let the whole fry for about 5-10 minutes and swing through every now and then. For me, the whole thing was a bit too dry, so I made myself a carbonara sauce from the package to do so. But it was really good afterwards! Try it - maybe just as a side dish.
