Pasta with savory corned beef sauce

Quite simply - quite fast - reasonably priced: pasta with corned beef sauce!

You need (for 2 persons):

- Spirelli - Noodles (250g)
- 1 tin of corned beef
- 1/2 onion
- 1-2 cloves of garlic (you can omit it)
- A little butter
- A little black pepper


Preparation:

Cook pasta as usual and drain and leave first in the sieve.
Meanwhile, open the can of corned beef and cut into small cubes (the beef, not the can ...). The onion and if Knobi like the Knobi small cubes. Add a little butter to the pot and lightly fry the onion and garlic. Then add about 200 - 220 ml of water and the corned beef. Pound everything with a wooden spoon until you get a bolognese sauce. Bring to a boil, stir and finally add pepper to taste.

Now you can either add the pasta and stir everything in or the sauce as usual on the plate over the noodles.

In addition, I recommend a spicy curry spicy ketchup! Tastes good without it!
