Recipe for a light paprika vegetable, the preparation is fast and uncomplicated!
ingredients
- 1 red, yellow, green pepper each
- 4 spring onions
- garlic
- pepper
- Mediterranean herbal mixture (fresh if possible)
- 1-2 tsp. Granulated broth
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable soup
- ½ cup of yogurt
preparation
- Peel the peppers with the peeler, remove the seeds and white skins and slice into 2 mm thin strips.
- Cut the spring onions into 4 mm slices, from which separate the thin-walled green tubes from the white rings.
- Heat the olive oil and fry the white onion slices in it, but do not brown.
- Fold in the pepper strips with the garlic and Mediterranean herbs.
- Dust everything with the grained broth, cover and simmer on low heat. If too little liquid has formed, shed with the vegetable soup. Approximately Steam for 5 minutes (the pepper should still bite).
- Then fold in the green of the spring onions, pepper, season and let simmer for another 2 minutes, the liquid should be boiled down to 2/3.
- Remove from heat, let rest for 2 minutes and stir in the yoghurt.
We garnish and serve the whole thing with 4-5 slices of turkey cut steaks and an olive stick.
