Stuffed peppers for 4 people, one needs:

  • 6 large peppers (if possible, which are flat below, color as desired)

  • 500g minced meat
  • 1 onion, cleaned, quartered and sliced
  • 1 garlic clove (by the garlic press or cut small)
  • about 100g corn
  • Some grated cheese
  • 2 packets Fix for Ratatouille (Knorr / Maggi, it is also with Spaghetti Bolognese or normal dark sauce)

Roast minced meat, season to taste, add onion and garlic, fry. Stir in 500 ml water Fix and add to the minced meat. Let it cook a bit. Add corn. Meanwhile, cut out the peppers (along the edge), and empty the inside, in the correct order in the form. When the sauce is firm, remove from the heat and fill the peppers with minced meat and gravy with a ladle. Then sprinkle cheese on each paprika opening and bake in the preheated oven on a medium rail at 175 ° C for 30 min.

Good with rice or potatoes with a salad.
