Kohlrabi in delicious sauce

ingredients
- 3 big kohlrabi
- 200 ml of cream
- about 300 ml of milk
- salt
- nutmeg
- 8-herb
- butter
- Sauce binder / roux
preparation
- Turn the kohlrabi into bite-sized cubes. Boil in water, so it still has bite. Drain, drain well after cooking.
- In the same pot a piece of butter (not a whole piece of butter;)) melt. Turn the kohlrabi in the butter and add the cream and milk. Season with salt and nutmeg.
- Boil the kohlrabi in the liquid and, if desired, thicken the liquid with a sauce binder or roux.
- Finally add the herbs.
