Pepper radicchio salad with turkey strips, celery and egg

This salad is fresh and light, but still filling. Especially on warm summer days, it is well suited as a digestible dinner, which is not difficult in the stomach.
Ingredients (for one person)
- 80g radicchio
- 1 green pepper
- 150 g turkey breast fillet
- 80 g peeled, raw celeriac
- 1 egg
- 1/3 of a red onion
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 teaspoons Chia
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, galangal, allspice and fenugreek
- olive oil
- White wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
preparation
- Put the turkey breast, radicchio and paprika into strips that cut the onion into rings.
- Finely grate celery.
- Boil the egg for 10 minutes.
- In parallel, fry the turkey with chia, pumpkin seeds and spices in a pan for 10 minutes in oil.
- Peel egg and slice.
- Put the turkey strips with chia and pumpkin seeds, radicchio, paprika, celery, egg and onion into a salad bowl, pour 1 tbsp white wine vinegar and 1 tbsp olive oil over it and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper.
