Potato soup with beans

Ingredients:
potatoes
1 can or 1 glass of beans
bacon
marjoram

Peel and wash the potato, then cut into small cubes. Cook the potato cubes in about 1 liter of broth until they are cooked (takes about 10-15 minutes)

Purée with a blender. Stir in a spoonful of creme fraiche (but it also does sour cream).


Open a can of beans, drain the water and stir in the beans.

In the meantime, omit bacon cubes in a pan and stir into the soup.

Finally season with marjoram.

Very easy and tastes great. Through the bacon and the marjoram, the soup gets the right taste.
