Poulet saute au vinaigre - turkey breast fillet with tomato vinegar sauce

I can not withhold that from you. The quantities are (again) somewhat intuitive.

Ingredients for 2 persons:

2-3 pieces of turkey breast (diced)
Butter (about 1/5 packet)
A little olive oil
Approximately 6 fairly ripe tomatoes, diced (who wants to peel them before)
Red wine vinegar and chicken broth

Put the oil (amount: "for frying") in a pan, add the butter. Wait until the geraade turns slightly brown. Then add the meat. If it seems almost to be, add the tomatoes and wait until the liquid has disappeared. Then add 2 drops of vinegar and let it "cut away".
In the end, add a bit of chicken broth and let reduce a bit.

To taste pasta, rice or potatoes.
