Processing Cornelian Cherry (Wild Fruit)

The Cornelian Cherry is a wild fruit and grows as a bigger bush in our own garden. The cherries are z. Currently harvestable and can be optimally processed. This year I ventured to jam from these "stone-rich" fruits.

Wash the cherries, add a little water to a saucepan and simmer until the fruit is tender.

Then pass through in the "Fleet Lotte" and process the fruit mass with jam sugar to jam. Tastes wonderful and is very rich in vitamins.

In addition, the steam juicer was filled with the raw fruits and the red fruit juice immediately processed. I have bottled this healthy juice hot and some of it to delicious KornelkirschenJelly overcooked.

These variants can be rounded off at will with black elderberry. - Tastes delicious!
