Meatballs without egg

for 10 pieces:
ingredients

- 600g minced meat
- 150g low-fat quark
- 80g onions (also tastes very good)
- 15g egg substitute (available in the health food store for example Sybille Diet or Pauly - both are very good)
- Salt, pepper, paprika and other spices at will
- some breadcrumbs

Mix the minced meat with the quark, mix in the onion and egg substitute *. Season as desired, make 10 small meatballs, turn in the breadcrumbs and fry crispy on both sides.

* Do not mix the egg substitute with water as described on the package, but add it directly. Later, add some water to the complete meatballs if it is too firm!
