First I have to say, since I came up with the recipe, my son does not trust me anymore (dwarf rabbit, I call it Hassi Hassi or Futter, he calls it Hoppel).

Recipe:
1 rabbits or parts thereof, preferably beaters or clubs
Salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, basil, onions, garlic, white wine or vinegar
some broth.

Split, wash and remove the excess fat. Rub in with the spices (solid), let it rest for 1-2 hours. Rub a large oven-friendly pan with lard, fry the pieces until they are coppery, then remove and pour the wine over the base. Boil the same, add about 250ml broth and bring to a boil. The Karnickelteile pure and the whole at 45 degrees 45min in the oven to cook.

This fits baguette.
