Recipe for fast and delicious rolls

Quickly prepared and delicious rolls.

ingredients

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 600 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cube of yeast

preparation

  1. Mix the honey with the yeast and add water.
  2. Sprinkle in the salt and add the flour while stirring and knead well.
  3. Form small buns out of this and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cut as desired with a knife.
  4. Let the rolls rest on the plate for some time and then bake at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

Before baking, you can sprinkle them with sesame, poppy seed, pumpkin seeds, etc. as desired.

A little tip from me, a small container filled with some water to put in the oven, I think, then go to the buns even better.
